Your responsibilities:

  • Develop the client portfolio in the PACA region.

  • Actively prospect hotels, hotel groups, and independent properties.

  • Conduct sales meetings, identify needs, and qualify opportunities.

  • Present Hoxbook’s value and build trusted relationships with decision-makers.

  • Manage sales cycles through contract signing.

  • Provide regular reporting on your sales activity.

Profile sought:

  • Successful experience in business development, ideally in the hospitality, software, or B2B services sector.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.

  • Ability to sell a digital solution to demanding stakeholders.

  • Good knowledge of the hotel business landscape in the PACA region is a plus.

  • Enjoys being in the field and has a strong ability to organize work independently.
