PACA Region Representative
Hoxbook is looking for a dynamic sales representative to expand its presence in the PACA region among hotels and hospitality businesses. You will be responsible for promoting our innovative SaaS solution, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting prospects in their decision-making process through to contract signing.

You will operate in a rapidly changing market, with the mission of building and growing a customer portfolio in the region. Attentive to hoteliers' needs, you will position Hoxbook as a practical tool for performance, time savings, and operational optimization.
Your responsibilities:
Develop the client portfolio in the PACA region.
Actively prospect hotels, hotel groups, and independent properties.
Conduct sales meetings, identify needs, and qualify opportunities.
Present Hoxbook’s value and build trusted relationships with decision-makers.
Manage sales cycles through contract signing.
Provide regular reporting on your sales activity.
Profile sought:
Successful experience in business development, ideally in the hospitality, software, or B2B services sector.
Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
Ability to sell a digital solution to demanding stakeholders.
Good knowledge of the hotel business landscape in the PACA region is a plus.
Enjoys being in the field and has a strong ability to organize work independently.
